Cattle Cafe: (A) 3510 Kingsway, Vancouver (N) 604-638-8990

Curse my life. To date, I have 572 restaurants currently sitting on my wishlist right now. Yep. The number keeps growing and growing as I get fatter and fatter. It’s insane!!! Having said, I can visit any restaurants I want, WHY AM I CURSE TO ALWAYS END UP AT CATTLE CAFE? I get such WEIRD cravings for cattle cafe noodle like it’s nobodys business. The other day I was in Vancouver w/ my boyfriend — out of boredom and trying to kill time, we decided to get a bite. Somehow, along all the strip of restaurants on Kingsway, I wanted Cattle Cafe. LE SIGH (don’t even know what le sigh is but I’ve seen some of my fob friends use it, I’m guessing it suits this situation).

Anyhow, as I’ve mentioned, we weren’t even hungry — just wanted to kill time. So we ordered 1 of their soup noodles, with 3 toppings this time (enoki mushroom, beef brisket and fish puffs) with 2 sides (pork cutlet and wings). I would never pay full price for it, too mediocre. They finally got my drink order correct. I’m astound.

It also very much boggles my mind and bother me all at the same time that they WOULD OPEN UP 3 LOCATIONS ALL LOCATED ON KINGSWAY LITERALLY 10 MINUTES DRIVE AWAY FROM ONE AND ANOTHER?!?!?! SERIOUSLY WTF?? If it haven’t been so, MAYBE I WOULD’VE ENDED UP AT A RESTAURANT I HAVEN’T BEEN TO 5 TIMES IN ONE WEEK.
